1. Acceptance and eligibility
By registering for, accessing or attending Her First Investment, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.
The webinar is intended for adults aged 18 or above. You are responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful where you live.
2. Free registration and communications
Registration for the advertised webinar is free, and no payment card is required. You must provide accurate contact details so we can deliver your confirmation, Zoom link and schedule information.
By registering, you agree to receive operational messages about the webinar by email and WhatsApp. You may opt out of promotional messages, but opting out of essential registration messages may prevent us from delivering access or schedule updates.
One registration is intended for one attendee. Registration and access links may not be sold or distributed publicly.
3. General education only
The webinar, website, examples and materials provide general educational information. They are not personal financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice and are not a recommendation or invitation to buy, sell or hold a particular security, ETF, brokerage product or investment.
The presenters do not assess your objectives, financial situation, knowledge, experience, risk tolerance or needs. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should obtain appropriately qualified advice where needed.
4. No outcome guarantee
We aim to explain the material clearly, but we do not guarantee that attending will produce a specific financial outcome, investment return, level of confidence, account approval or ability to buy a particular product. Any examples are illustrative and may not reflect current market prices or your circumstances.
5. Attendance, conduct and materials
- The webinar is delivered live on Zoom and is advertised without a replay.
- You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and timely attendance.
- You must not disrupt the session, harass others, impersonate another person or use the webinar for unlawful activity.
- You may take personal notes. You may not record, reproduce, republish, sell or distribute the webinar or materials without written permission.
We may remove an attendee whose conduct threatens safety, privacy, lawful operation or other attendees’ ability to participate.
6. Third-party services and links
Registration and delivery may rely on third-party services such as Zoom, email, WhatsApp, customer-management systems, hosting, analytics and advertising platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Any reference or link to a broker, investment platform or other third party is provided for general information and does not mean we endorse it or guarantee its availability, suitability, security, fees or performance.
7. Optional paid programmes
We may introduce an optional paid programme during or after the free webinar. Joining is not required. Any paid offer will have separate pricing, scope, payment and refund terms that should be reviewed before purchase.
8. Schedule changes and availability
We may update presenters, content, timing or technical arrangements where reasonably necessary. If a material schedule change or cancellation occurs, we will use the registration details provided to notify you. Access may be interrupted by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for investment decisions, trading losses, missed opportunities, third-party services or indirect losses arising from reliance on general webinar information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
10. Intellectual property
The webinar, page design, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to the Her First Investment operator. Registering gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to attend and use supplied materials for your own learning.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how registration and website information is collected and used, including webinar communications and advertising measurement.
12. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update them when the webinar, delivery arrangements or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
